Appropriations History Table covering the amount of money received by the
agency between 2006-2014 for Refugee and Entrant Assistance. You can note by the table that the
amount spent each year has been steadily rising as the numbers of refugees or
entrants are steadily rising leading researchers to conclude that the
administration has been aware of this growing problem for quite some time.

paying up to $2000 for vehicles to smuggle drugs, illegals and currency.
Cost for Smuggling Central
Americans range from $4,000 to $10,000 per head. Terrorists and other special interest people cost a lot
more. Here is a breakdown of some

The Bible emphasizes that
the greatest commandment is Love God with all your mind heart and soul and love
your neighbor as yourself. It down
plays the second great commandment in my opinion, fully articulated by Sun Tzu
in the Art of War. Know yourself,
know your adversary, and know the circumstances. I sense most of us haven’t got a clue and are like children
thinking others will take care of us.
Instead the people who will take care of you if you don’t take care of
yourself are ones who want to enslave, hurt or kill you.
I can keep writing until I

PLAN: Dirty Harry's bill is just about tailor made. It may
need a little fine tuning to get the statutes up to speed. At the time, it had
a grand total of 3 cosponsors; two Republicans and one Democrat. But, as I
said, Sec. 503 needs to be removed. The simple bill I wrote using California's

Prop 187 is more explicit. See
Appendix at the end. Section 503 of Reid's bill must be replaced with Sections 5, 6 & 7 of the bill I wrote. Congress goes back into session in a couple of weeks.
Please call or fax your U.S. House member if he/she is a strong opponent of
amnesty. The same for these specific senators: Ted Cruz, Jeff Sessions and
Richard Shelby who was one of the three cosponsors to Reid's bill in 1993. Tell
them about Reid's bill, give the bill number: S. 1351 (103rd): Immigration
Stabilization Act of 1993. Tell them you want it introduced in the House and
Senate - with the exception about Sec. 503 that puts real teeth into cutting
off benefits. If you can, fax the short bill I wrote and ask that Sec. 503 of
Reid's bill be deleted and Sections 5, 6 & 7 of the bill I wrote be
inserted. This can be done by the time the Outlaw Congress reopens the candy
store, September 8th. Get it introduced and put on the heat to get Boehner to
put it to a vote. The same in the senate and let's see what Dirty Harry Reid

One of the strengths of evil is that
it flourishes in places we least expect it to flourish.
Personal Examples
•
Everyone knows an adult or child who
has been abused by a close member of their family or by a well known and loved
member of the community. Usually the signs of the abuse are there but it
is inconceivable to the other members of the family or community that the
person committing the crime is even capable of doing such a thing.
•
Chances are you know someone whose
spouse has cheated on him or her and the one cheated is often the last one to
know what is going on. Denial is a powerful force in human nature.
•
Probably for a couple of thousand
years priests in the Catholic Church have been sexually abusing children yet
for so long the victims did not speak out because the people of the community
held up the priests as servants of God and they could not conceive that such
people would commit such crimes. This same dynamic occurred with others
that worked with children such as teachers, scout masters etc. The
inability of many people to perceive and defend themselves against this dark
side of human nature is endemic.
Are you willing to perceive another
brand of evil flourishing in right under our noses. I am going to
simplify this in that of course we all are responsible for this but I am going
to ask you to consider the following question. Is President Obama an
Islamist or Islamist sympathizer? When you consider his actions over

the Southwest border cannot move their human cargo through drug cartel
controlled corridors without paying a fee.35 The typical Mexican illegal alien now pays approximately $1,200
to $2,500. For aliens from countries other than Mexico this price is often
considerably higher, and may even be more alluring for the cartels.36 Foreign nationals are often charged an exorbitantly higher fee
ranging anywhere from $45,000 to $60,000 per person.37 Indeed, it is estimated that human smuggling through Mexico into
the United States each year puts billions of dollars into criminal hands.38 Note, today 2014, some sources I read claim that regular
Mexicans and Central Americans pay about $3,000. Indians and Chinese
aliens pay up to $50,000 while terrorists types pay up to $100,000 to get in.

Page 15 middle, Federal law enforcement officials also report
that the cartels are not only increasingly engaged in the human smuggling
business, they are also actively coordinating with existing human smuggling
rings, using diversionary tactics to protect their loads.41 It is not uncommon for cartels to facilitate the crossing of
fifty or more illegal aliens across the U.S.-Mexico border to divert Border
Patrol resources away from an area they plan to transport large amounts of
drugs across.
· A Federal investigator told Committee staff of
a recent interview he conducted with an MS-13 member who described the ease
with which he had routinely traversed the Southwest border. The gang member
decided to return to his native country of Guatemala to spend Christmas with
his mother. To save his own money, he voluntarily turned himself into
authorities and was flown home at U.S. Government expense under the expedited
removal program, spent the holidays with his family, and returned by illegally
crossing the Southwest border. The gang member boasted this process is so easy
he has repeated it several times.

say it is a virtual certainty that women will be sexually assaulted or raped on
their journey across the Southwest border into America.59

States on rail trains coming from Mexico into Brownsville, McAllen, and Laredo,
Texas are often robbed, beaten, and sexually assaulted by gangs and corrupt law

From 2004 to 2005, violent incidents against Border Patrol
agents on the Southwest border have increased 108%. During FY 2006, there have
been 746 violent incidents against Border Patrol agents, including 435
incidents of rock

assaults, 173 physical assaults, 46 vehicle assaults, and 43
firearm assaults. In January 2006, the Department of Homeland Security sent a
confidential memo to Border Patrol agents warning that they could be the
targets of assassins hired by alien smugglers. 63 At the same time that rates of violence
against border patrol is increasing, the agents face increasing rules and
procedures that hamper their ability to defend themselves.
· Page 20 top, Between May 2004 and July 2006
there have been forty-nine reported abductions of U.S. citizens in the region
between the Texas cities of Del Rio and Brownsville. Thirty-four of these
abductions occurred in Nuevo Laredo and involved U.S. citizens who had crossed
the border. Twenty-three victims were released by their captors, nine victims
remain missing, and two are confirmed dead. These numbers likely represent only
a fraction of the actual occurrences, as many kidnappings of U.S. citizens go
unreported.66 Yvette Martinez, 27, and her friend Brenda
Cisneros, 23, are among nine Americans who the FBI says have simply disappeared
along the border in the last two years.

Page 22 middle, According to El Paso County Sheriff Leo
Samaniego, drug cartels operating along the southwestern U.S. border are a
“country unto themselves” with intelligence capabilities, weaponry and
communications equipment that challenges the Border Patrol and local law
enforcement.76Sheriff Samaniego advises his deputies to
“back off” when they see well armed individuals from cartels and other criminal
organizations.77

Flores indicated that he is disturbed by the level of resources the cartels and
criminal organizations possess and utilize against local law enforcement noting
that the cartels utilize rocket propelled grenades...automatic assault weapons,
and “level four” body armor and Kevlar helmets similar to what the U.S.
military uses.83 Some local officials are taking steps to
protect their officers from these weapons. The Sheriff for Hidalgo County,
Texas Sheriff has prohibited the deputies in his department from patrolling
along the banks of the Rio Grande River because of the threat of violence from
the cartels.84
· Page 23, The criminal organizations are indeed
extremely advanced, well-equipped, and highly adaptable to enforcement measures
marshaled against them. In January 2006, ICE agents, along with ATF agents and
Laredo Police Department officers seized an enormous cache of weapons in
Laredo, Texas. Authorities confiscated two completed improvised explosive
devices (IEDs) materials for making thirty-three more, military style grenades,
twenty-six grenade triggers, large quantities of AK-47s and AR-15 assault
rifles, 1,280 pounds of ammunition, silencers, machine gun assembly kits, 300
primers, bulletproof vests, police scanners, sniper scopes, narcotics and cash.
These seizures clearly illustrate the level of violence along the border,
especially in Nuevo Laredo and Juarez area.85

than Mexican (“OTMs”) illegally crossing the border has grown at an alarming
rate over the past several years. Based on U.S. Border Patrol statistics there
were 30,147 OTMs apprehended in FY2003, 44,614 in FY2004, 165,178 in FY2005,

terrorism are routinely encountered and apprehended attempting to enter the
U.S. illegally between Ports of Entry.
· Page 29, According to ICE testimony, on
September 8, 2004, ICE agents arrested Neeran Zaia and Basima Sesi. The human
smuggling organization headed by Zaia specialized in smuggling Iraqi,
Jordanian, and Syrian Nationals and was responsible for the movement of more
than 200 aliens throughout the investigation.109 Investigative efforts revealed that the aliens were smuggled
from the Middle East to staging areas in Central and South America. Once in
these staging areas, the conspirators would arrange to smuggle the aliens from
these sites into the U.S. or its territories.110

Page 29 bottom, Members of Hezbollah, the Lebanon-based
terrorist organization, have already entered to the United States across our
Southwest border. On March 1, 2005, Mahmoud Youssef Kourani pleaded guilty to
providing material support to Hezbollah.111 Kourani is an illegal alien who had been smuggled across the
U.S.-Mexico border after bribing a Mexican consular official in Beirut for a
visa to travel to Mexico. Kourani and a Middle Eastern traveling partner then
paid coyotes in Mexico to guide them into the United States. Kourani
established residence among the Lebanese expatriate community in Dearborn,
Michigan and began soliciting funds for Hezbollah terrorists back home in
Lebanon. He is the brother of the Hezbollah chief of military operations in
southern Lebanon.
· The next 3 bullets are from page 30. In
December 2002, Salim Boughader Mucharrafille, a café owner in Tijuana, Mexico,
was arrested for illegally smuggling more than two hundred Lebanese illegally
into the United States, including several believed to have terrorist ties to
Hezbollah.112 Just last month Robert L. Boatwright,
Assistant Chief Patrol Agent of the El Paso Texas Sector, reported, “We have
apprehended people from countries that support terrorism...they were thoroughly
debriefed and there was a tremendous amount of information collected from
them.”113
· Statements made by high-ranking Mexican
officials prior to and following the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks
indicate that one or more Islamic terrorist organizations has sought to
establish a presence in Mexico. In May 2001, former Mexican National security
adviser and ambassador to the United Nations, Adolfo Aguilar Zinser, reported,
that “Spanish and Islamic terrorist groups are using Mexico as a refuge.”114

Robert Mueller has confirmed in testimony “that there are individuals from
countries with known al-Qa’ida connections who are changing their Islamic
surnames to Hispanic-sounding names and obtaining false Hispanic identities,
learning to speak Spanish and pretending to be Hispanic immigrants.115

and Islamiya Al Gamat are all active in Latin America. These groups generate
funds through money laundering, drug trafficking, and arms deals, making
millions of dollars every year via their multiple illicit activities. These
cells reach back to the Middle East and extend to this hemisphere the
sophisticated global support structure of international terrorism. While
threats to our nation from international terrorism are well known, lesser known
threats spawned by narcoterrorism reach deeply into this country.123
· Federal law enforcement entities estimate they
apprehend approximately 10 to 30 percent of illegal aliens crossing the border.124 U.S. intelligence officials along the southwest border, on the
other hand, are less optimistic. To be sure, it is unclear how many illegal
aliens of any nationality evade capture by law enforcement each year and
succeed in entering the United States illegally. It is especially difficult to
provide the total number of Special Interest Aliens entering the U.S. illegally
because they pay larger amounts of money ($15,000 to $60,000 per alien) to
employ the more effective Mexican alien smuggling organizations and are less
likely to be apprehended.
· One thing, however, is known for certain –
hundreds of people from countries known to harbor terrorists or promote
terrorism are caught trying to enter the United States illegally along the land
border, and the massive flow of immigrants and our porous border create various
and abundant opportunities for concealment. Given the ever-present threat posed
by al-Qa’ida and other terrorist organizations – a threat that has been
underscored by the recent events in London and the vulnerability of our borders
– the need for immediate action to enforce our borders could not be more
apparent.

President Obama told him in a hour private meeting at the White House in 2010, that
if he secured the border as the Republicans demanded they would have no
incentive to pass immigration reform. Here is a summary of what he said

Senator Jon Kyl told the audience at a North Phoenix Tea Party town hall
meeting that during a private, one-on-one meeting with President Obama in the Oval
Office, the President told him, regarding securing the southern border with

The World Within
Talking time is almost over. I owe it to you to explain what drives
me.
As a ten year old I saw my
parents still God like, yet hope draining as they battled their demons. I needed more! I met Uncle Sam in the heart of my
teachers and like my parents before me, Uncle helped me reach for the stars, be
kind, care for the weak and fight the mighty as we danced with his angels.
In high school Uncle lied and
turned away from his angels, so I left him and the

demons attacked me. Hating everyone I sank deeper into
myself as the demons dined on my mind, body and soul. Everywhere I searched for help. I found none.
Crashing to the bottom in the
woods between William and Mary and Eastern State Mental Hospital, I cried “God
if you exist please help me. I
don’t want to hurt anyone or die.”
Something came. Slowly I made peace with the demons and
got better.
Years later a prophet from San
Francisco and Austin told me Uncle Sam was sick. I found him full of self loathing, screaming and cursing all
alone in the cold rainy night.
Through him I saw myself.
Uncle did not see me and I said nothing.
Next, I saw Uncle was not alone. Perhaps he was never alone. His angels still surrounded him but he was
blind to them. Their tears rained
down on him as he screamed and cursed full of despair.
With tears flowing, my uncle’s
stories and adventures came back.
I softly thought, “I’m sorry I left you because when I left you I hurt
you and myself. Uncle did not see
me but his angels did.
Can you help Uncle find the hope you
received from him so long ago?
Can you speak to him so he will remember who he really is?
I will.
Time passes. The angels patiently wait as Uncle
weakens. Seeing myself in him I
forgive him. Now I forgive
myself. Will Uncle Sam forgive

End Game
I will divide this
into short face book segments. It
started in Health class Williamsburg, 8th grade. Teacher was out of the room for a
minute. A soft voice from behind,
“Underhill you’re just a pussy.” I
turned around and responded, “Blank, you’re a pussy,” in a matter of fact
voice. Blank exploded, Underhill
did you just call me a pussy? “Yep”,
I said. Blank responded, “I will
meet you after school and beat your ass.”
“OK” I responded. Teacher
returns to class.
Next several class
periods Blank and his friends tell me I am going to get my ass kicked, over and
over again. Blank has much bigger
arm muscles than I but I go to the agreed upon place and Blank is waiting for
me.
It is late
September or October because we sit side by side saying nothing to each other
for 2 hours waiting for the teachers and other students to leave. I remember the lighting of the sun how
it shone on the grass and school building. After 2 hours it was low in the western sky probably between
5 and 6 p.m. It was just he and I
now. I am petrified because if he beats the crap out me there is no one to
rescue me.
Blank gets up,
“Well let’s go so I can get to dinner.
Go ahead Underhill push me”.
I said, “No you push me.”
We stare at each other finally he pushes me and I push him back and all
of a sudden we are swinging

see his face and start going after it.
I got to knock that face down.
I have no fear. Either I
knock that face down or I get the crap beat out of me and never hear the end of
it in school. I felt an immense
power and freedom I never felt before and have not felt since until now. It’s the feeling you get when you know
you are likely to get hurt or killed no matter what you do so you might as well
take an honorable stand. I feel
cornered, why not.
My gut tells me
that my life and the lives of those I love are in danger. I am squirreling money away in an
annuity I plan to cash in when I am 71, but I believe the chances are good if
present trends continue that I and those I love will be dead before then. I cannot prove this of course but using
commonly known information and logic I present a good case. I am mystified why people do not
discuss this. Therefore I got to
decide what do I do given my present beliefs.

Officials say that
Ebola is hard to get unlike the flu.
You must come in contact with bodily fluids of an infected
individual. What do they mean? When you start exhibiting symptoms of
Ebola they are much like the flu.
See the CDC website. What happens if such a person sneezes or coughs on
you? Are you then exposed? What are these authorities saying?
Authorities claim
they have control over this situation but when Tomas Duncan first came to the
hospital in Dallas with early symptoms, he told the intake officials that he
had recently been to West Africa where the pandemic is occurring. Why in God’s name did the hospital not
isolate him for observation at that time?
Instead they sent him home with antibiotics and he continued to expose
his family and others between 2 to 4 days before returning to the hospital with
watery diarrhea when he was diagnosed with Ebola. Now I am hearing that they have a second case somewhere of
Ebola in a Liberian community and they are not releasing the person’s name so
others who were in contact with the person can at least know that they may have
been exposed.

death when the virus completely overwhelms the body so extra care must be taken
to move the body. This does not
include the cost of determining who Duncan contacted while he was
contagious. It does not include
the cost of monitoring and watching those 80 contacts. It does not include monitoring and
isolating the 10 family members most at risk of developing Ebola. It also does not include the cost of
decontaminating his apartment and moving his family elsewhere. I am sure there are other costs I have
not thought of.
If we get too many Ebola patients
we will have to make a choice. Do
we heroically continue to treat them eventually collapsing the health care
system or do we allow some of them to die. Instead can we implement policies now to contain this
disease so we don’t have to face that situation in the future?

The CDC, in fact, continues to push five deadly assumptions about Ebola, endangering the lives of Americans in the process by failing
to communicate accurate safety information to health professionals and the

outbreak may have been made far worse by people walking in and out of the

Not "airborne" but can
spread through the air
Both the CDC and the WHO continue to
aggressively insist that Ebola is not an "airborne" disease. "Ebola
virus disease is not an airborne infection," says the WHO bulletin. But
that same bulletin describes the ability of Ebola to spread through the air via aerosolized droplets.
The
medical definition of "airborne," it turns out, is a specific, narrow
definition that defies the common understanding of the term. To most people,
"airborne" means it can spread through the air, and Ebola most
certainly can spread through the air when it is attached to aerosolized particles of spit,
saliva, mucus, blood or other body fluids.
The CDC has now admitted there is a
slight possibility of Ebola mutating to become "airborne" but says
that chance is very small. [2] However, all honest virologists agree that the
longer Ebola remains in circulation in West Africa, replicating among human
hosts, the more chances it has to mutate into an airborne strain.
But the
virus doesn't need to mutate to continue to spread. It has already proven quite
capable of spreading via indirect contact in a way that all

To be able to achieve Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness one needs to
be alive! Judging by the above
border policies and Ebola policies, my Federal government either through gross
incompetence or malicious design is endangering somewhere between 50 to 70% of
our lives. The Bubonic or Black
Plague the most severe plague in recorded history had a mortality rate of 50%
for those who contracted the disease.
Ebola may have a 70% fatality rate. I do not want to bleed out from Ebola nor do I want to watch

The choice is very

The Fight Part II
It was October 1976 after a Yorktown Football
game when 3 friends and I were walking home from a football game. We saw a car and

car.” One of my other friends
started freaking out, that’s Blank’s car!
They are going to come back and beat the shit out of us. I was laughing at the guy. “No one is going to hurt us”. The car circled back around again.
Blank the guy I got into a fight with earlier
hops out and runs toward me. I say
“Hi Blank in a friendly voice.”
His fists rain down on me while I keep saying, “I don’t want to fight,
why are you hitting me?” Before I
know it he has me bent over a railing and is trying to knee me in the private
parts.
Suddenly I explode on him knowing he is trying
to hurt me. I have the same
feeling, as the fight before, I got to take him out. Last thing I remember is something hits my jaw and I realize
someone sucker punched me and then I am out.
I think I know my mistake. If I ever face the same situation again
I got to train and be completely calm.
Some of the best fighters claim when they face their opponents their
minds are like a still pond totally receptive to their opponent and the
environment around them. Had I
been that way I might have sensed the guy sneaking up from behind to sucker
punch me. Would have avoided a lot
of health problems as a result of that fight.
My gut tells me I am there now. Something out there is trying to hurt
me and the threat grows and I grow calmer. How do I protect myself now? If I can’t protect myself is there something I can do to
help save others. I speak from my
heart and listen with compassion and express what I see. I continue to train, prepare and
plan. I pray I will make a good
accounting of myself. I don’t know
what else to do.
I do know however when I take a stand for what
I believe I feel great power and conviction. It is as if thousands of ancestors and thousands of beings
yet to be are standing beside me.

You need to
carefully read all of this email to understand what is happening and what the
possibilities and probabilities are.
American News Media has not covered Ebola
outbreak in Africa as much as one might think they would. Most of the reporting
on the spread of Ebola has been on Drudge Report and Fox News Channel. Facts
about the disease and its spread have been scarce. Many facts are NOT reported
as journalist’s and government agencies are afraid of a panic… But, what would
a panic look like at this point? If you were to panic, what would you do? What
do you think most people would do?
This email is my second to encourage you to prepare now and add some
things to your disaster kits you probably don’t have. Whether we will need them
or not is a question. But… what we do know is it is NOT time to panic or become
alarmed. However, being concerned and starting to prepare now is prudent.
Common sense tells us a few things and
we can extrapolate from the little information we are getting on the Ebola
outbreak.
First, Ebola, a level 4

rapidly in Africa (ebola map) (http://healthmap.org/ebola/#projection) . It started about March 14, 2014 – 8 possible cases.
Contagion is showing exponential growth. In my first email in mid August it was
not clear if the spread would be

exponential or not. Now there is no
doubt, it is.
African countries are closing borders and as of September
killing those that attempt to cross illegally. But, air travel in August was
still permitted from countries with major outbreaks; Sierra Leon, Liberia,
Guinea, and Nigeria. Since the start of September certain areas have been
placed in quarantine. As September ends something like 2 million people are in
quarantine with no food or medical supplies being able to easy reach these
people.
The WHO and CDC are so far not able to stop the spread. Medical
facilities in affected countries are overloaded and medical personnel are
dying. At the end of September Sierra Leon had lost half of their trained
medical personnel to Ebola. The system is failing.
In Nigeria the health officials were able to get ahead of
the outbreak. Today (9/30) they think they have Ebola contained in Nigeria. It
is possible to control it. Nigeria has a medical system more like ours. But,
even the best system can be overwhelmed if hit by too many carriers. My note. Consider the
possibility of terrorists flying in or crossing our borders and spreading virus
from highly infectious body fluids from sick or dead Ebola victims. Both CDC and World Health Organization

paragraph. Nigeria closed their borders to stop people coming from infected
areas. With open borders the U.S. has a serious problem.
The U.S. has sent 3,000 military
personnel to Africa to help build isolation wards. It is unclear who will be
allowed in those facilities. The rather fuzzy word is the U.S. facilities will
only be for medical staff that gets sick. We are already considering who to
help. It is NOT that they are restricting care. It is just there too are too
many sick people to handle. Triage is already taking place. When things get
bad, this what happens. If this turns into a disaster, plan to care for
yourself.
The numbers being reported by
the W.H.O. – World Health Organization (United Nations agency) – are
inaccurate. The C.D.C., the affected countries, and others are claiming the WHO
is only reporting 25% of the cases. No one can prove or disprove that. This isn’t
the WHO or CDC covering up. It is slow, difficult, bureaucratic reporting
process that depends on people reporting from places with no incentive to
report.
The CDC has and is
bringing infected people to the US for treatment, so far just Americans. The
CDC says there is no danger. In July we learned the CDC is the group that

By the end of July the US Border Patrol has captured 71 people crossing
the southern US border in the last month that are from Ebola infected regions.

the pathways to infection are open. Diseases once eradicated in the US are

About four days later he became symptomatic. Incubation is 2 to 21 days. See

The entire
medical system in the country of Sierra Leon (population 6 million 2012) with
just 700 cases (or 0.000001% of the population or 1 in 8500) was totally
overwhelmed and 500+ of those 700+ have already died. So, they are only having
to care for 200+. The CDC warns Americans in Sierra Leon that get sick,
presumably with something other than Ebola, to avoid hospitals… think about
that.
Dealing with this level of
contagion is a MASSIVE task. Cleaning eating utensils, trash, bedding, disposal
of gloves and suits, floors and walls, gurneys, chairs in waiting rooms…
Hospital staff can be easily overwhelmed by small numbers of highly

What We Know
Biohazard Level 4: Viruses and
bacteria that cause severe to fatal disease in humans, and for which vaccines or
other treatments are not available, such as Bolivian and Argentine hemorrhagic
fevers, Marburg virus, Ebola virus, hantaviruses, Lassa fever virus,
Crimean–Congo hemorrhagic fever, and other hemorrhagic diseases. Variola virus
(smallpox) is an agent that is worked with at BSL-4 despite the existence of a
vaccine. When dealing with biological hazards at this level the use of a
positive pressure personnel suit, with a segregated air supply, is mandatory. The entrance and exit of a
Level Four biolab will contain multiple showers, a vacuum room, an ultraviolet
light room, autonomous detection system, and other safety precautions designed
to destroy all traces of the biohazard. Multiple airlocks are employed and are
electronically secured to prevent both doors opening at the same time. All air
and water service going to and coming from a Bio-safety Level 4 (P4) lab will
undergo similar decontamination procedures to eliminate the possibility of an
accidental release.
What this
means is that if you are counting on US medical systems to handle a massive
pandemic, you are probably going to be greatly disappointed. If things go well,
they will be able to control an outbreak. For now they think they can. While
the probability of Ebola breaking out in the US is small and the possibility of
it getting out of control as it has in Africa is even smaller, both are real
possibilities. Any pandemic is possible. We lack information on what is
reasonable to expect. We know every year we have a flu epidemic. So, you may as
well prepare in advance as flu and Ebola preparations are similar.
Knowledge is preparation. My note, only
four facilities in the United States are equipped to handle patients with level
4 bio-hazard diseases. The
questions are, why were the two Ebola victims treated in Dallas (not have such
facilities) and how many cases would it take to overwhelm these four
facilities? The link below claims the 4 facilitis could handle only 9 patients.

What is known about how
Ebola spreads as stated by the WHO and CDC is that it is hard to transmit. See
the Ebola fact sheet (http://www.cdc.gov/vhf/ebola/pdf/ebola-factsheet.pdf ). It is believed
that first cases are caught by exposure to an infected animal. That is commonly
happening only in Africa. Infection in animals is not known to exist on other
continents. So, a likely infection for US citizens is another human. Incubation
is 2 to 21 days but exactly when a person becomes contagious is not known and
probably varies depending on the general health of the infected person. Once
symptoms are exhibiting the person is known to be contagious. But, does that
mean at the first signs? Or later at more pronounced signs? There is no clear
answer on that.
The virus is in
bodily fluids. It is on objects that have touched those infected fluids. An
infected person coughing on a wall will leave live virus on the wall. Areas
known to have housed infected people are washed down with chlorine.
In research labs the virus has spread
via airborne aerosols (think sneeze). Such spread has never been documented
outside the lab. But, this tells us airborne spread in the general environment
is theoretically possible. So, it is somewhat like the flu, but via lab testing
it is said to be way less contagious. An infected person sneezing will eject
aerosols containing the virus. The virus in those aerosols can live on a surface
for several days. (Per Canadian research) How long the aerosols will stay
airborne is unknown. Studies have been and are being done to learn about
influenza contagion. They show some sneeze particulates remain airborne

healthcare facilities. Think about that. How many people working in these
facilities are non-medical-professionals; cleaning, maintenance, and similar
staff? Most of these people have not been trained in preventing contagious
disease spread. Somehow coming in contact

spread it. My note. Initially the
CDC stated that you had to have direct contact with bodily fluids from an
infected patient. Therefore if the
person sneezed or coughed on you that would not matter. The World Health Organization

backed off that initial stance and recommends that people do not touch surfaces
that have the virus and it could be passed through tiny liquid droplets that
can be passed to others through sneezing or coughing.
Protection
Heath workers that have supposedly been
trained to protect their selves and daily see the horror of Ebola are dying. (http://online.wsj.com/articles/nigerian-health-minister-says-nurse-died-of-ebola-1407325187 The article is titled, Ebola virus inflicts deadly toll on
African Health Workers) With suits, gloves, and respirators they are still
getting infected. So, some level of skepticism toward what they are telling us
and what we see happening is likely in order.
Hand Sanitizer
This stuff is mostly for bacteria. Most
viruses are not killed by hand sanitizer. It does shorten the time a virus can
live on your hands. Washing with soap and water is most effective as it removes
the virus. Alcohol sanitizers are still better than nothing, but they must be
60%+ alcohol or contain other bio/viro-cides. There are no studies I could find
showing an effective hand sanitizer for viruses. Some iodine and silver
compounds can kill viruses. But, few sanitizers use them in the concentrations
needed. Most use them only as a preservative.
You must expose bacteria to the alcohol for 15 seconds are
more to kill it. This means using a good sized dose and rubbing until it
evaporates, which needs to take more than 15 seconds. If not, apply
again.
Effective washing of hands
is different than I was taught growing up. Apply soap first, without water. Use
enough to well coat your hands as you rub it in. Cover all surfaces and pay
attention to your nails. Once well rubbed in, then use water to remove it. Do
not touch the soap bottle after rinsing.
Imagine your hands are covered in gooey ink. Any place you touch is
marked with ink. After washing, avoid any place that would have ink on it. Now

there is a challenge. Adjust your
washing habits to avoid spreading the ink.
The point of hand washing with a virus is to remove it from
your hands, not kill it. In a pandemic situation compulsive hand-washing helps.
Gloves
There are various types of Latex gloves. Exam gloves are the
type most protective against bacteria and viruses. In hospitals gloves are
pulled up over sleeves or surgical gowns and isolation suits. So that when
removing them the arm skin is not touched by your gloved fingers. Also it
places the cuff of the glove as far from contamination as possible. Once off,
hands are washed to remove any traces left from the removal process. Removed
gloves are not reused or touched.
Masks
Surgical masks are not effective against viruses. They do
help. But, they are not significant protection against flu or Ebola. A
respirator or pandemic mask is needed. Pandemic masks seal better to the face
and their filtering of bacteria and viruses work better and contain active
ingredients to kill bacteria and slow viruses by creating an inhospitable
surface.
N95 Masks

Respirator filters that collect at least 95% of the challenge
aerosol are given a 95 rating. Those that collect at least 99% receive a “99″
rating. And those that collect at least 99.97% (essentially 100%) receive a
“100″ rating. Respirator filters are rated as N, R, or P for their level of
protection against oil aerosols. This rating is important in industry because
some industrial oils can remove electrostatic charges from the filter media,
thereby degrading (reducing) the filter efficiency performance. Respirators are
rated “N” if they are not resistant to oil, “R” if somewhat resistant to oil,
and “P” if strongly resistant (oil proof). Thus, there are nine types of
particulate respirator filters:
· N95, N-99, and N-100
· R-95, R-99, and
R-100
· P-95, P-99, and P-100
A recent laboratory study of five surgical masks
with “good” filters found that 80–100% of subjects failed an OSHA-accepted
qualitative fit test using Bitrex (a bitter tasting aerosol) and quantitative
fit factors ranged from 4–8 (12–25% leakage) using a TSI Portacount.4 In

contrast, the least protective
type of respirator (negative pressure half mask) must have a fit factor
(outside particle concentration divided by inside concentration) of at least
100 (1% leakage).
N95 masks are used for flu prevention. The N99 or N100 masks
are probably overkill. The N99 and N100 masks are 20 times more costly than
N95. N95 = $20-$40 – N100 = $140.
Dust masks filter out large particulate
matter, on the order of 10µm (micrometers) or 10,000nm (nanometers). Viruses
and bacteria are smaller than <200nm.
Eye Protectio
n general: with Ebola glasses are to
avoid splashes. Ebola is currently thought not as contagious as the flu. With
flu airborne virus can enter through the tear ducts or nose. So, sun, safety,
or regular eye glasses are not an effective preventative.
Ebola is somewhat an
unknown in relation to airborne spread. It has been demonstrated as possible by
Canadian research spreading from pigs to monkeys separated by a distance. This
also demonstrates it can move between species. So, your pigs and moneys are
susceptible…
In the event of a major outbreak goggles that seal in the eyes
would be a required preventative measure. Ski goggles don’t count and neither
do most work goggles as they have openings for air circulation. They will help,
but they are not a certainty. Medical goggles filter any air openings they have
for small viruses.
Skin:
Skin has layers and an oil film
that seal the skin. Removal of the oil weakens your defense. There is no data I
can find on whether Ebola can enter via healthy skin. The current thinking is
it cannot. Of course cuts and wounds are opportunities for it to enter.
Spray
band-aids are a helpful preventative for sealing open wounds. But, they tend to
be porous to allow for air to reach the wound for improved healing. So, I doubt
the sprays are a solid defense. I can’t find any information on pore size in
the these spray bandages. But, they seem to keep out water, so they may be OK.
They are better than nothing or a standard band-aid.
Water proof bandages will
keep out water. Water is a middle sized molecule as molecules go being a bit
less than 0.1nm. The Ebola virus size is 80nm in diameter and 130-14,000nm
long. So, water proof bandages would be a good protection for an open
wound.
Skin pores are about 20nm. So, the Ebola virus should remain on the skin
surface.

and clothes. From skin and clothes the virus can be moved to a body opening by
accident, which is a more likely infection route than through the skin. All the
best information I find says Ebola does not enter through healthy skin.
Perspective
The US has now seen Ebola arrive. The
current word today is ‘We got it. We stopped it here.’ Remember. This guy got
through all the defenses now in place. He was here for 4 days before he TURNED
HIMSELF IN. There is no reason to think he will be the last or that everyone
will report for treatment.
But,
out of control contagion like we see in Africa is highly unlikely now. But, the
CDC is estimating the outbreak in Africa will reach over a million people by
January 2015. This means we could have more people infected arriving
here.
Ebola very likely will be
used as a political football. If politicians underestimate the danger and
intensity of the virus it could get out of control. We have repeatedly seen
lackadaisical government supervision and response to serious problems.
Government handling of Ebola is unlikely to be any different.
Everything
suggests it is up to the responsible to care for their own health and safety
and that of their loved ones.
Hording
Governments consistently decry hording of food and medical supplies and other
necessities of life. But, if you stock up on the necessities of life well
before a crisis, then you are not a load on a stressed system during the
crisis. So, prepare well in advance.
The US government, via an Obama Executive Order, has given the
government authority to come and take whatever you stockpile. Keep that in mind. Expect marshal law
searches in national disasters. We saw that exact behavior in Louisiana after

Hand sanitizer, gloves
and a good mask are basic and serve for flu and other infectious diseases. They
should probably be part of anyone’s emergency survival kit. Goggles of the type
you would need for an airborne pandemic would probably be hard to get in a
crisis. So, getting them now is probably smart.
When things get bad or when quarantines are imposed food
delivery will be hampered.

If through dangerous incompetence or malevolent
intent my national government endangers our lives and in addition the citizens
of our

country are incapable of recognizing the danger
or are unwilling to do anything about it then I am almost powerless to stop
nature from taking its course.
Like a mother whose child is critically ill and she is almost powerless
to help him or her she must turn the child over to the doctors and pray that
they can help him or her. I hope
others will do the same for our country and our world so we can overcome the
evils that grow strong within us and around us. Over millions of years we became the apex power in the world
overcoming all sorts of adversity.
There is no reason we can’t do that again.
It makes sense to demand the following from our
elected representatives and politely tell them if they are not willing to
protect us we need to cut our ties to them so we can protect ourselves.
· All
travel from the Ebola Hot Zones should be stopped. If that is not possible then people who came from that
region within the last month need to be quarantined in isolation for at least
21 days and then have their blood tested for Ebola. If the results come back negative then they should be
allowed to enter the country if their documents are in order. Those wishing to enter the country from
these hot zones should pay the costs for the quarantine as part of their fee
before being allowed to enter. Do
you remember when cattle got mad cow disease, countries refused to buy meat
from the regions where the infections occurred? Why are we not treating this disease with the same amount of
urgency and respect? If our
federal representatives do not act then they are endangering us with a
bio-weapon and they need to be voted out of office or we need to secede from
them!
· Since
Ebola is considered an level 4 biohazard virus as dangerous as any of the most
dangerous plagues, these patients should not be treated in regular hospitals
where the Ebola virus can sicken and kill others. Level 4 bio-hazardous materials are kept in negative
pressure labs meaning that air can seep into the containment labs from the
outside but air from the lab never seeps out thus allowing the extremely
dangerous biological material to remain in the containment areas. When entering such a containment lab,
one goes though several air

to get into the lab. Special
equipment and suits are worn by people in the containment area with positive
pressure. This means that air from
around your body can seep into the containment area but air from the
containment area will never enter near your body. When leaving the containment area people go through very
extensive decontamination procedures so that the extremely hazardous bacteria
and viruses do not get out of the containment area into the outside
environment. These places of
treatment should be far away from populated areas or hospitals where people can
be infected by the Ebola virus.
Hospitals failed to stop the super bugs that now infect and kill about
100,000 people a year. Yet they
glibly say this bio-weapon can be contained even if West Africans or terrorists
bring it in. We should demand that such treatment centers be created because if
Ebola becomes common place in the 3rd world, we will get cases here.
· Interesting
questions to ask hospitals are, how many negative pressured rooms do you have
for level 4 bio-hazard diseases do you have? Also how many positive pressure hazmat suits do you have?
· The
border needs to be secured through technology but also for capturing and
departing those here illegally. For
several years if you make it into the country, they is about a 2% chance that
you will be departed. Laws need to
be very strict for those who willingly hire undocumented unregulated democrats
pouring across our border. If we
make it tougher for those who willingly hire illegal undocumented democrats
there will not be the incentive for them to come here and unfairly overpower
the opposition republican party.
· Although
we should not be the only ones to drive ISIS out of Iraq and Syria, if no one
else does then we need to. They
receive over 2 million a day and vow to spread Ebola in the U.S.
· I
intend to call all my representative local state and Federal and demand
answers. If they refuse to answer
the questions or refuse to take action regarding this I will politely and
kindly tell them that I believe my Federal leaders are a threat to my life

let loose in the environment it can kill thousands or millions of people. It also has an incubation of 21 days so
taking the temperature of people who arrive from West Africa is not addressing
the problem or threat. What are
you willing to do about this? What
measures are you willing to take to protect citizens of your town, city, state
or country? If members of the
legislative or executive branch of the government are not willing to protect
the citizens what are you willing to do about it?
2. The
border of the U.S. is wide open to immigrants and terrorists. ISIS the highest funded most well armed
terrorist group the world has ever seen, has vowed to infect terrorists with
Ebola and bring them to the U.S.
Are you willing to secure the border so that these terrorists groups are
less likely to achieve their aims?
What are you willing to do to see that the border is secure? If the legislature and executive branch
are not willing to take action to secure our border, what are you willing to do
to protect the citizens? Would you
be willing to call for state secession from our Federal government if they are
unwilling to protect us?
3. The
Federal government claims they can protect us from Ebola even with open borders
and allowing people to enter from Ebola hot zones but at what cost? According to Bloomberg care for one
Ebola patient costs up to ½ a million dollars. If we allow hundreds or thousands to come that within weeks
of their arrival, contract Ebola can we really afford to take care of them. The Obama administration allows people
to come from these Ebola hot zones and as long as they do not have a
temperature at the airport they are allowed in. In a recent speech about the Ebola crisis he admitted that
over the last several months several thousand West Africans legally entered the
U.S. With a

that kills over 60% of its victims, does this make sense? Are you willing to demand that these
people either not be allowed into the country or if they are allowed to enter
they are kept in quarantine until we are certain they have not contracted the
virus? If the Federal government
legislative and executive branches are not willing to do this, are you willing
to do so at a state or local level even if such actions may violate Federal
laws? If local or state executive
or legislative branches of government are unwilling to protect us, what actions
are you willing to take at a state or local level to protect us?
4. Are
you willing to hold your government representatives accountable if your lives
and the lives of your loved ones are in danger?

Many Americans Mentally Ill/Can We Please Impeach President Obama
Are a large number of Americans mentally
ill? Can mental illness be defined
as lacking the ability to perceive reality to the extent that one becomes a
danger to oneself and others? Our
administration continues to allow individuals from Ebola hot zones to freely
travel to our country without any type of quarantine! Does this sound like people who care about their own
survival or our survival?
Oh you say our health care system is good
enough to stop infections. Let's
see, the president of the Nurses Union claims the nurses have not been trained
in proper Ebola procedures. The
border patrol is flocking to various medical trainings trying to figure out how
to protect their agents!
Oops! How many people
treated the one lone Ebola patient in Dallas? 70! Can you
conceive the cost of treating that one person? Oh I forgot, only 4 hospitals in the nation are trained to
deal with this level 4 bio-hazard virus.
Should I continue? Finally
I wonder how many Ebola patients it will take before the costs bankrupt our
health care system.
America, can we start impeachment proceedings
against this very dangerous President please? Let's also throw in some of his cabinet

The Chemical Castration of America and the World
You know farmers have known for thousands of
years that male domesticated animals are a lot more dangerous and aggressive
than females. They figured out if
you castrate the males when young they will not develop the aggressive
tendencies that can make them dangerous.
Think of stallions and bulls.
You don’t see too many of them around. There is a reason.
Now it would be distasteful to physically
castrate the males in our society and you might have a fight on your hands if
you tried. Well they covertly
castrated us anyway by creating estrogen mimicking chemicals and putting them
in the environment among other acts.
Men are more feminized. You
think this would be a boon to women but it is not. There is too much estrogen in the environment for them and
this maybe why breast cancer rates are up and they suffer much more from
auto-immune disorders. For every
guy that has an auto-immune disorder there are 4 women that have auto-immune
disorders also. My hypothesis is we
have lost our will to fight and maybe it is because we have allowed ourselves
to be chemically castrated over a period of 60-70 years. I will give you brief evidence below. Lets consider what we know about prior
plagues in history and what we know thus far about the present Ebola plague.

What does the above data have to do with our present
state of castration? If you look
at the worse plagues of history you recognize that in the past Black Death or

country without even quarantining them to insure that they are not bringing

We assume that these thousands of West Africans

hospitals if they have a temperature, diarrhea and get sick to their
stomachs. What if even a few
decide to martyr themselves and smear their body fluids throughout public
places? Even our systems would not
be able to adequately cope with the influx of infected individuals likely to
occur 10 – 21 days later.
Also why is our Federal government allowing our
southern border to remain wide open increasing the chances that this plague
will occur here? Why is the
majority of our population sitting by allowing our

endangering us? According to some
sources Ebola stricken individuals are already crossing our border and the CDC
is picking them up and transporting them to unknown destinations in our nation. See page 120.
What does President Obama have to do to get us

federal agents, came into our houses and raped our wives and daughters then
sodomized our sons, would that rouse us?
What his administration is doing now is potentially far worse because
the sexual abuse would not kill us.
But policies that would allow the Ebola plague into the country
certainly would kill many of us.
Yet many males knowing this, retreat to the comfort of their porn,
sports or music complaining, “There’s nothing I can do about it.” So I rest my case. My belief is, we have been chemically

pray for the people of my country and the world and those that lead us that

Facts
Ø Hundreds of thousands of illegal
aliens every year invade our nation in violation of laws passed by Congress. The Federal government whose duty
according the Constitution, is to protect our borders refuses to adequately
protect them. Some sources say
Ebola patients have already crossed our border and have been secretly detained.
Ø Since 2006 according to Congressional
testimony terrorists have been operating on our southern border.
Ø The Black Plague was the most
deadly plague in recording history killing between 50 to 70% of the people
contracting the disease. At one
time 50% of the population of Europe died from this plague.
Ø Ebola which now decimating the
population of several West African countries, is killing 70% of the individuals
who contract this disease.
Ø Ebola, a level 4 bio-hazard
biological weapon, can be used to decimate civilian populations. There are only four facilities in the
United States equipped to treat patients contracting such deadly diseases. Presently the facilities can treat nine
patients according to Congressional testimony. Ebola patients now occupy three of the beds. They are a NBC
news Cameraman and the two nurses contracting the virus from Thomas Duncan in
Dallas.
Ø According to the World Health
Organization Ebola can be contracted from bodily fluids, coughs, sneezes and
touching surfaces contaminated with the virus.
Ø Although the death rate from the
disease in Africa is 70% if the outbreak can be contained in the U.S. we are
likely to have a lot lower mortality rate. As far as I know of the people treated in the U.S., only 1
has died. The others have
recovered or are recovering. However,
treating Ebola is labor intensive resulting in costs of half a million dollars
per patient. If an outbreak occurs
it will not take much to overwhelm our health care system!
Ø Other than the 4 hospitals
designed to treat Ebola, nurses, doctors, border control agents and others
likely to encounter Ebola patients have not been adequately trained in the
procedures required to protect themselves while interacting with such patients.
Ø Thousands of West Africans hold
passports that allow them to travel to the United States. U.S. embassies in Ebola hot zones continue
to give passports to approximately 100 more people each day!
Ø According to the Secretaries of
the CDC and Homeland Security 150 people from West Africa enter the country
everyday. Some airports take their
temperature and detain them if they have symptoms that could be Ebola but the
rest are allowed in the country without any type of quarantine or follow up.
Ø In 2010 the CDC submitted
procedures including quarantine of those individuals traveling from countries
containing dangerous diseases. The
Obama administration rejected the recommendations from the CDC citing privacy
concerns.
Ø In 1989, an Ebola virus infecting
monkeys mutated into an air born disease in Reston Virginia. The military killed all the monkeys in
the facility because of the potential danger. A Canadian study suggests that the present Ebola virus may
be partially air born. Many virologists claim that as the virus spreads
infecting more and more people, the greater the chance that the virus will
mutate into a form that can be spread through the air like the flu.

Ø Considering that the Ebola virus
can kill up to 70% of the population if a major outbreak occurs in our nation
and our health care system does not have the capacity to pay for all the
individuals who would need treatment,

allow potentially infected individuals to enter the country through
international flights and across our poorly protected southern border,
Ø Considering that according to
Congressional testimony that terrorists groups have operated along the Mexican
border for years and that terrorists have been captured attempting to cross the
border,
Ø Considering that for every person
captured attempting to cross our borders between 1 to 2 people enter the united
States undetected, terrorists are likely in the united States,
Ø Considering that ISIS has vowed
to send Ebola infected individuals here and they may have unlimited access to
Ebola infected fluids,
Ø Federal policies regarding border
security and protection of our people are at best criminal and at worse evil! These
policies endanger our people subjecting them to potential genocide from a
plague as bad or worse than the Bubonic Plague, the worse plague in recorded
history!

Petition to the President, The
Senate, The House of Representatives and State and Local Government Officials
Ø Policies which likely will result
in the genocidal deaths of millions of our people must be immediately
stopped. Members of Congress and
the Senate should not be campaigning at this time. If they wish to have my support they need to convene in
emergency session to pass the following resolutions.
ü The borders of the country need
to be secured.
ü Flights to and from Ebola
stricken countries need to cease until the plague is eliminated from those
countries, and/or people from these plague stricken countries need to be
quarantined until it is certain they do not have the Ebola or related dangerous
plagues.
ü National, state and local laws
need to be passed charging that people who arrive from a plague hot zone or who
recently traveled through a such a zone and lie about it when entering the
united States are guilty of a capital offense for their actions could cause the
deaths of thousands of people.
ü Any government leaders at any
level who continue to implement policies that likely would result in the widespread
genocidal introduction of the Ebola plague or any other type of plague need to
be indicted or impeached including those occupying the office of the President
of the united States.
ü If within a reasonable time the
Federal government refused to cease these genocidal policies then I call on the
citizens of my state and citizens of other states to secede from the federal
union refusing to participate in such a union or to pay taxes to such a union
until the Federal government demonstrates through concrete actions to be
determined, that they are enforcing laws to protect the people. I resolve by 2016 to withdraw all
support from the Federal union if these genocidal policies remain in place!
ü I call on my state governor and
legislature to take the above actions and encourage the state government
officials to do the same.
ü I call on local and city
legislative bodies and executive officials to withdraw support from Federal or state
governments supporting Federal
government policies that threaten our lives.

Conclusions
Hundreds of thousands cross our border and thousands fly into the
country without monitoring.
Thousands of West Africans have visas allowing them to come to the U.S.
and thousands are arriving on planes.
They are not quarantined.
Terrorists operate near our southern border and have crossed our borders
and some have vowed to bring Ebola to the U.S. Ebola is not as contagious as the flu but could become air born. It is highly infectious meaning even
